Yes. Tonka works in Croatian. You write to her in your own words, no special commands.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Tonka is a contact on WhatsApp or Telegram. You message her like anyone else.

Does she work with my calendar?

Yes. Tonka has her own calendar and connects to Outlook. Before writing she checks the slot; if it is taken, she asks. On a Microsoft 365 work account she also sees when the people you name are free, and suggests a time that suits everyone.

Is Tonka a person?

No. Tonka is an AI assistant. You are always talking to software, not to a person.
